Glen Eddy Resident Service Advisor Program

We are pleased to offer our Resident Service Advisor Program (RSAP), included in your monthly service fee. Our trained Resident Advisor serves as a liaison between you and any outside services or resources that you may need.

The Resident Service Advisor Program is provided through a contractual arrangement with Eddy Visiting Nurse Association, an affiliate of Northeast Health.

How does the Resident Advisor Program work?

Our on-site trained Resident Advisor:

• Acts as a liaison with community programs and organizations
• Assists resident committees to arrange for health and wellness speakers
• Offers information to residents on community resources, tailored to individual needs
• Serves as an advocate
• Offers resident and resident's family information on appropriate options, when moving to higher level of care
