Admissions & Payment Information

Seniors enrolling in Eddy SeniorCare must be:

at least 55 years of age
live in our service area
have health problems that would qualify them for nursing home care
desire to continue living at home

Eddy SeniorCare services are funded through a unique capitated reimbursement arrangement with both Medicare and Medicaid.
