NYS Dementia Grants Program 2008 Dementia Conference
The Dementia Grants Program supports the development of a statewide dementia conference which disseminates information on best practices that enhance the quality of life and quality of care for persons with dementia. Information regarding the NYS Dementia Grants Program 2008 Dementia Conference will be available in the summer of 2007.
