Connections is an innovative early to early-mid stage support group developed by Eddy Alzheimer's Services for individuals with Alzheimer's disease, or related dementias, and their care partners.
Individuals with dementia meet separately from their carepartners in activity based sessions that are organized around preferences and abilities of group members. Care partners meet together to share information, receive encouragement and moral support in a confidential environment from others who may be experiencing similar issues.
Connections is scheduled to meet twice a month.
Registration is required.
