Each monthly service fee for apartments includes all utilities (including local telephone and basic cable), one meal daily, complimentary continental breakfast, monthly housekeeping, maintenance and scheduled transportation.

Also included:

  • Dishwasher in Ten Eyck I & II and cottages (optional in The Stuyvesant I & II, The Van Allen, The Schuyler I & II; not available in The Melville)

Cottages and Deluxe Cottages

Monthly service fees for cottages and deluxe cottages include:

Cottage residents receive 15 meal credits per month. An optional meal plan can be purchased by deluxe cottage residents.

Cottages have hook-ups for a washer/dryer. Deluxe cottages include a washer/dryer.
