Welcome to The Terrace at Eddy Memorial ... a gracious enriched housing residence in Troy.

If someone you love needs help with everyday activities, you can feel secure knowing that there's a community that offers peace of mind -- both for you and your loved one.

Services are provided for a reasonable monthly fee, including all utilities (heat, electric, air conditioning, telephone, cable TV, high-speed Internet access.)

The Terrace is located on the campus of Eddy Memorial Geriatric Center, a unique, multi-level care residence. Residents can choose from a variety of floor plans.

Services include --

• Three restaurant-style meals daily
• Private studio apartments with kitchenette
• Assistance with bathing, dressing and medication management
• Housekeeping, laundry and linen services
• 24-hour security and emergency call system
• Licensed nursing staff and resident care assistants
• Social activities, cultural, recreational and educational programs
• Scheduled transportation

We also provide short-term respite care with a minimum stay of seven days, maximum stay of six weeks.
