These fitness classes are designed to enhance the participant's sense of physical and mental well-being by increasing muscle strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and improving balance and coordination in a safe and fun environment. The classes also promote stress reduction and provide health education.
Classes are free to Wellness Center Memebers and $5 per class to non-members. Walk-ins welcome anytime.

Level 1 - Tuesdays, 10:30 - 11:30 am
For individuals new to exercise, recovering from surgery/ injury, or with physical limitations. All exercise is done seated.
Level 2 - Thursdays, 10:30 - 11:30 am
For individuals with prior exercise experience or an active lifestyle. Some exercise is done standing as an option.
