About Northeast Health Rehabilitation Services

Northeast Health Rehabilitation Services provides physical, occupational and speech/language therapies at a variety of locations throughout the Capital Region, including Albany Memorial Hospital, Samaritan Hospital, Eddy Cohoes Rehabilitation Center and Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital.

We also offer a number of specialized programs, including the Hand Rehabilitation Center at Albany Memorial Hospital and the Swallowing Center at Samaritan Hospital.

Short-term rehabilitation services are available at each of our four Eddy Nursing Homes.

In addition, Eddy Visiting Nurse Association, a leader in homecare for more than 85 years, offers a variety of at-home therapy services provided in the privacy and comfort of home by our certified therapists.
