The Northeast Health Diabetes Center, located at Albany Memorial and Samaritan Hospitals, is dedicated to helping individuals with diabetes improve their quality of life by providing education to patients and their families.

We offer a variety of self-management programs, including:

• Monitoring your blood sugar levels
• Balancing food, medication and exercise
• Managing and preventing the complications of diabetes
• Dealing more effectively with stress

In addtion we offer specialized programs such as:

• Gestational diabetes management
• Insulin pump therapy

Our program is recognized by the American Diabetes Association.
