Family Practitioner (Board certified or board eligible, full-time)

• Provide comprehensive family practice services at South Troy Health Center, including evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of chronic/acute illnesses
• No inpatient work
• 36 hours clinical contact time with scheduled patients
• On-call, one in eight weeks
• CME, licensing, base salary guarantee for two years

Internal Medicine (Board certified or board eligible, full-time)

• Provide comprehensive primary care services at Internal Medicine Associates in Albany, including evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of chronic/acute illnesses
• Advanced and open scheduling for established patients
• On-call, one in eight weeks
• 36 hours clinical contact time with scheduled appointments
• CME, licensing, base salary guarantee for two years
