Our new Patient Portal allows you to:

• Request an appointment and view future appointments
• Access and update personal health information, including:

-Medical conditions and allergies
-Current medications
-Immunization records
-Test results

• Complete a history form prior to an upcoming appointment
• Request an appointment and view future appointments
• Request prescription refills
• Check your account balance
• Email a non-urgent message to our office

It’s easy to use!

1. Provide our office with your email address and user name.
2. You will receive a verification email with a temporary password.
3. From there, simply go to https://mycare.nehealth.comwhere you will then be prompted to set your own unique password.
4. You will then be able to access the patient portal by logging on to https://mycare.nehealth.com.
