Pediatric Care

Dealing with a child's illness or impairment, regardless of its severity, can be especially challenging for family members. Because both children and their families do best in the comfort of their own homes, Eddy Visiting Nurse Association provides specialized at-home pediatric services for children and adolescents ages one year to 19-years-old.

At-home pediatric services complement our maternal-infant health nursing program for pregnant and post-partum mothers, and infants/babies during their first year of life. Services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Infants, children and teens with the following diagnoses can benefit from Eddy VNA's at-home pediatric services:

Asthma/respiratory problems
Cancer
Cardiac illness
Congenital anomalies
Cystic Fibrosis
Developmental delay
Diabetes
Failure to thrive
HIV/AIDS
Post-injury
Other diagnoses
